Shipping policy

Shipping Methods:
All shipments will be handled through J&T or Lalamove within Cavite.

Processing Time:
Once your order is verified and secured, it will be dropped off for delivery within 24 hours.

Shipping Rate:
A flat rate of PHP 90 will be charged for all deliveries.

Delivery Timeframe:
Expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days from the time we drop it off.

Order Tracking:
Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
Damaged or lost shipments must be reported right away for us to review and assist accordingly. Please include a proof video of the damage when making a claim.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We will only process returns and exchanges if we failed to fulfill the order correctly, such as delivering the wrong size or item. If your claim is valid, please refer to the "Return Rules" for further instructions.
